Farmer’s Markets Across the Island

Enjoying the spoils of nature’s bounty here on Aquidneck Island is a delicious experience thanks to a trio of farmer’s markets. Look for exciting cooking demonstrations this summer at Aquidneck Grower’s Market on Saturdays and be inspired to create your own farm-to-table meals.

• The Island Grange Farmer’s Market begins on Thursday, June 3 from 2pm – 6pm at 499 East Main Road Middletown (across from Frosty Freeze) and continues on Thursdays at the same time througout the summer
• The Aquidneck Grower’s Market begins their Saturday morning market on June 5 from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. at Newport Vineyards in Middletown and continues every Saturday at the same time through early October, and begins their Wednesday markets on June 9th on Memorial Boulevard from 2 p.m. -6 p.m. which will continue every Wednesday at the same time through early October

Participants in some of the above markets include: Custom House Coffee, Fatulli’s Gourmet Bakery, Aquidneck Honey, Oakdale Farm, Simmons Farm, Sweet Berry Farm, Peckham Farm, Provencal Bakery, Rhode Island Nurseries, Farmstead Cheese, Greenview Farm, Jack’s Snacks (a dog bakery), Maplewood Farm, It’s My Party, Narragansett Creamery, Lou’s Hot Dogs & More, Olga’s Cup and Saucer, Paradise Hill Farm, Robin Hollow Farm and more.
