How much is your average happy hour tab? (on second thought, you may want to keep that private…). Depending on where you wine and dine (because one mostly always leads to the other!), why not enjoy a cold one (or three), or a glass(s) of vino and nosh on hors d’oeuvres to help local children in need? Tomorrow, Rhode Island’s own Project Undercover takes over O’Brien’s Pub for Drinks on Us, an event that includes pub fare, beer and wine from 5pm-8pm. In Rhode Island alone, there are nearly 40,000 children under the age of six living in poverty, but Project Undercover, a 15-year-old non-profit organization, is helping to meet the most basic needs of little ones– underwear, socks, and diapers. Throughout the course of its
