Though New Peeps Week officially wrapped Friday, there’s more new spaces and places in and around Newport I’ll feature in the coming days and weeks. Today, we welcome Teddy, the New York 
boutique with a trio of locations (Manhattan’s Upper West Side in addition to Cobble Hill and Park Slope in Brooklyn) that has made it’s first foray out of the boroughs with it’s new Newport locale.
The cozy boutique on Lower Thames is stocked with comfortable cotton dresses ($55+), tops ($28+) and bottoms ($38+) and shelves lined with great jewelry ($24+) and accessories (scarves, hats, etc.). Best of all, they are a lot of sweet brands like Ark & Co., BB Dakota, Plum and Tulle. The 
vibe? Light, bright comfortable pieces that evoke an effortless, whimsical style.
Teddy is located at 424 Thames Street at the corner of Young Street, and is open daily.
