This past week, Bellevue Avenue beauties Marcela Calvet and Sara Campbell joined forces for an intimate fashion show aboard megayacht SeaFair. Organizers Elizabeth Lewis and Barbara Estes, both of the Sandpipers ladies club, mingled amongst their friends throughout the dining room on the Art Newport yacht. Calvet, channeling her inner Audrey Hepburn in elbow-length black gloves and a black and cream wide-brim hat, opened the show with an introduction to her brand of luxury handbags. The duo debuted 12 looks including one worn by Karen Weinreb, the author of the best-selling novel The Summer Kitchen.
Calvet Paris 1937 boutique is located at 59 Bellevue Avenue, and the Sara Campbell boutique is located at 117 Bellevue Avenue; both in Newport.
