Whether it’s the thrill of receiving an iconic, robin-blue box on Christmas morning (or anytime!) or channeling your inner Holly Golightly at the flagship store on Fifth Avenue, there’s something magical about Tiffany & Co. I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with T & Co. on occasion, perhaps because the company and Newport have a long history together (read more about who wore the Tiffany Diamond–hello, 288 carats!–to the 1957 Tiffany Ball here in Newport and the Tiffany trophies in town by clicking here). This fall, Tiffany unveiled their newest new handbag and accessories collection, a line first introduced in 2010 meant to merge style and innovation.
Boasting deep, burnished colors and varied silhouettes and fabrications, each piece is finished with the hallmarks of Tiffany’s heritage including custom-designed hardware, Tiffany Blue leather interiors, Tiffany Blue enamel and subtle logos. Think clutches, 
satchels, top handles and totes! The Sabrina evening clutch (top photo), for example, is available in a variety of interpretations and comes in brilliant shades including Tiffany Blue®, bronze, graphite, indigo and antique silver. Then there’s the Tiffany Leather Reversible Tote which makes for a perfect travel accessory (just think: it can match twice the amount of outfits!) and from what I hear, lies perfectly flat when packed in a suitcase.
The collection’s accessories—wallets, wrist pochettes and card cases—function alone or tuck inside a handbag. Cleverly designed with a place for everything, the pieces shine in metallic gold, silver, leopard–even chevron.
