Pillow Talk

It’s kind of hard to live on an island and not be intrinsically attracted to coastal décor. I spotted these precious hand-hooked pillows at The Pink Pineapple—the Clock Tower Square, Portsmouth location—which has a small but growing home décor section. Right about now, when we’re practically giddy with the promise of warmer temperatures around the corner, these little nautical gems will help remind you why you live here in the first place. The octopus pictured above is by Phi, and the “starboard” one is by Connecticut-based artisan Suzanne Nicoll. Prices vary but hover around the $50 mark.
