More Champagne, Peas (above)
Ingredients: Pea & Mint Vodka 2 oz. / Michelle Brut 1 oz. / Pea Tendril or Flower / Garnish Tag
Method of Preparation: Chill martini glass / In a Boston shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz Pea Vodka / Shake vigorously, strain into martini glass, then fill with Michelle brut /Garnish with pea tendrils, pea flowers, or other edible flowers (temp lemon & mint leaf)
Bloody Shrimp Cocktail (above)
Ingredients: Tomato Vodka 1.5 oz. / Sambal-cilantro puree ½ oz. / Clamato juice 1 oz. / 1 Poached Shrimp / Lemon ½ Wheel / Garnish Tag
Method of Preparation: Chill martini glass / In a boston shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, puree, clamato, lemon juice / Shake vigorously, strain into martini glass/ Garnish with a lemon ½ wheel and shrimp on rim of glass
Bermuda Rum Swizzle (above)
Ingredients: Gosling’s Black 1 oz./ Gosling’s Gold 1 oz. / Pineapple Juice 2 oz. / Orange Juice 2 oz. / Bitters Dash / Falernum Dash
Method of Preparation: Fill Collins glass with ice / Add all ingredients, stir briefly
Blueberry Lemonade (above)
Ingredients: Stoli Blueberry 1.5 oz. / Blueberry Puree 1 oz. / Lemonade To Fill / Lemon wedge / Garnish Tag
Method of Preparation: Ice a collins glass / Pour in blueberry puree & vodka / Top with lemonade, stir lightly
